Course Overview

Created and delivered by Educational Psychologists Dr Eleanor Tomlinson and Dr Gary Lavan, this course will introduce you to Emotion Coaching, and guides you through systematically using Emotion Coaching in your school or setting to support pupils to understand and manage their emotions.

  • An overview and introduction to give you a comprehensive understanding of what Emotion Coaching is

  • The links between Emotion Coaching and neuroscience, and recognising different Emotion Coaching styles

  • Detailed guidance of the 3 steps to using Emotion Coaching effectively in your practice
